Eligibility / Age Minimum

You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing postier.app, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies/trackers are used only with your consent via our cookie banner; you can change preferences at any time from the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

License

Unless stated otherwise, Postier owns the intellectual property rights for all material associated with the Postier platform, including but not limited to the software, website design, and proprietary features.

You retain all ownership rights to your original content, including text, images, and media that you upload to the platform. Any content you create using Postier's AI-powered tools becomes your property, and you are free to use it across your social media platforms.

You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy the Postier platform software, code, or proprietary features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Postier platform
• Use the platform to create content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Postier platform to third parties without authorization

Postier reserves the right to monitor content generated through the platform and remove any content that is considered inappropriate, offensive, spam, or violates these Terms of Service.

You warrant and represent that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and publish content through the platform;
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Your content does not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material;
• You will comply with all applicable social media platform terms of service when publishing content through Postier;
• You will not use the platform to engage in spam, fraudulent activities, or any form of abuse.

You grant Postier a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI generation, scheduling, and analytics). We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

AI Usage & Ownership

You retain ownership of your prompts and outputs generated with AI features. Third-party AI providers may process your prompts/content strictly to generate outputs. We do not permit those providers to train their models on your content by default where an opt-out is available. AI outputs may be inaccurate or similar to publicly available content; you are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies prior to publishing.

LinkedIn Program Compliance

When using any LinkedIn features via Postier, you agree to comply with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, the LinkedIn Marketing API Program Terms, and the LinkedIn Pages Agreement (as applicable).

Authorized Clients & Account Managers. Postier only acts on behalf of “Authorized Clients” that have administrative rights over the relevant LinkedIn Page (“Account Manager”). Each client connecting a LinkedIn Page to Postier represents that they are authorized to manage that Page.

Data Scope & Separation. LinkedIn data (including Page Analytics Data and Member Analytics Data) is displayed only to the Authorized Client for the corresponding Page and is logically separated from other clients’ data. LinkedIn data is not merged into cross-customer datasets except in strictly aggregated, de-identified analytics that do not allow any party to identify an Account Manager or a Member.

Prohibited Uses. You must not (a) sell, transfer, or disclose LinkedIn Member Data; (b) commingle LinkedIn Member Data with other personal data for profile enrichment or ad targeting; (c) recreate LinkedIn profiles; (d) exceed LinkedIn rate limits or violate LinkedIn’s platform policies.

Data Deletion Timelines. Stored Marketing Data from LinkedIn is deleted within ten (10) days upon (i) client request, (ii) service termination for that client, or (iii) LinkedIn’s written request, except billing and audit records retained as required by law. OAuth access is revoked immediately upon disconnection or termination.

Hyperlinking to our Content

Organizations may link to our website without prior written approval. These organizations may link to our home page, documentation, blog posts, or other publicly available information so long as the link: (a) is not deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval; and (c) fits within the context of the linking site.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Postier in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of all connected social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

You agree NOT to use Postier to:

• Create, publish, or schedule spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any third-party platform’s terms, rate limits, or usage policies
• Harm, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users
• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
• Share credentials or circumvent authentication or authorization
• Use the Service in violation of export control or sanctions laws
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by your plan

Postier may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy or activities that could damage our reputation or violate third-party platform policies. Availability of features may change due to changes in third-party APIs, policies, or terms; Postier is not responsible for disruptions caused by such changes.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

We may disclose personal information to:

• third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, payments, email, support) to enable them to provide services;
• courts, tribunals, regulators, and credit agencies if required or in the event of non-payment;
• other third parties to collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Examples of providers include AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), social platforms, Google Analytics, Stripe, Scaleway, Sentry, and Mailgun.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, offers, availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, except as required by law.

Optional tools and services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of such tools is at your sole risk and subject to the providers’ terms.

Payment

Paid plans

When you sign up for a paid plan, you must select one of the available packages: “Starter”, “Pro”, “Agency”, or “Enterprise”. Each package offers different pricing, features, limitations, and AI generation credits.

All paid plans include a monthly allocation of AI generations. If you exceed your monthly limit, you may purchase additional packs or upgrade to a higher tier.

You may upgrade at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

You may downgrade at any time; the downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges for the current period remain due.

Monthly plans renew monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Yearly plans renew yearly and may offer a discount versus monthly billing.

Free plan

The free plan provides limited features (e.g., restricted number of accounts, posts/month, and AI generations). If you exceed limits or need additional features, upgrade to a paid plan.

AI Generations and Credits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI generations. Limits reset on your billing renewal date. Unused AI generations do not roll over.

Debit and Credit Cards

While you have an active plan or outstanding balance, you authorize us to charge your valid debit/credit card. If your card is replaced by your payment processor, you authorize us to charge the new card. If we cannot process a charge, we may contact you and suspend your account until payment is processed.

Refunds

We may issue a refund for a prepaid period if we discontinue the Service and terminate your account without cause. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, discount, or credit.

Pricing changes

We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure and/or notifying you by email. For active subscriptions, material increases will take effect no earlier than 14 days after notice, unless a shorter period is permitted by law or required for security, compliance, or third-party changes.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Site or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTIER (AND ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Account Termination and Data Retention

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• You violate our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• Payment fails and remains unpaid
• We are required to do so by law

Data Export & Deletion. You may request a copy of your data before terminating your account; we will provide it in a standard portable format within 30 days. After termination:

• General content, scheduled posts, and analytics are deleted within 30 days, except where longer retention is legally required.
• For LinkedIn Marketing Data specifically, any Stored Marketing Data is deleted within ten (10) days in accordance with LinkedIn program requirements.
• OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon disconnection or termination.

Backups. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days and are automatically purged.
