What happens if I reach my monthly post quota?

If you reach your post quota, you won't be able to schedule new posts until the next monthly cycle begins. You can also wait for the quota to reset at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?

Your account will revert to the free plan with:

  • 2 social accounts
  • 30 posts per month
  • Basic calendar and analytics

Your scheduled posts and content will remain accessible until your paid period ends. After that, you'll need to reduce your connected accounts to 2 to continue using the platform.

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.
